Quality handmade Miniatures, made in France

About myself

My name is David Lefebvre, a miniature sculptor based in Grenoble, France, born in 1986. I design and create hand-sculpted miniatures for tabletop wargaming, painting, and collection.

I have been passionate about miniatures since childhood, starting with Warhammer and later focusing on skirmish games. After years of converting existing models, I began sculpting my own miniatures from scratchin 2019. I am self-taught, continuously learning through community feedback and key encounters, including working alongside Allan Carrasco during several Figostockevents, and through my involvement in the Kartel Grenoblois.

My work is mainly rooted in heroic fantasy, with a strong focus on anthropomorphic animals, and occasional ventures into post-apocalyptic science fiction. Most of my miniatures originate from my imagination, within worlds that are constantly evolving. These universes are influenced by games such as Mordheim, Necromunda and Burrows and Badgers, as well as comic art and illustration.

MiniMorph Sculpts miniatures

All miniatures are hand-sculpted, primarily using Fimo and Milliput, and molded and cast by hand in France, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail. Production is done in small runs or on demand, until the molds reach the end of their lifespan—favoring craftsmanship over mass production.

Quality, originality, and passion are at the core of everything I create.

In late 2024, I launched my brand MiniMorph Sculpts with my first Kickstarter campaign, marking a major milestone and allowing me to share my work with an international community of players, painters, and collectors.
Since then, I have successfully funded and delivered the following projects:

new Kickstarter project is currently in development: Post A Punk, post-apocalyptic range co-sculpted with Alexandre Vallet, blending a bold oldschool style in an insane mix of chaos, in a world where  mutants, scavengers, and punk survivors collide.

Awards & Recognition

My work has been honored with the Handsculpted Trophy at Monte San Savinoon two occasions, in 2024 and 2025—a meaningful recognition of my commitment to traditional hand sculpting and artisanal miniature creation.

The Kartel de Grenoble

I am also a proud member of the Kartel de Grenoble, an association of miniature professionals based in Grenoble, France. The Kartel brings together artists with complementary skills, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and creative exchange within the miniature hobby.
