]]> Born beneath the hollow roots of a drowned willow, Bru’Zwein was a dark-winged bat marked from birth by strange visions. Life in the swamp was harsh, until Mother Mandragore found her.
The old witch saw power in the trembling child — a voice that could bend shadows, a mind that could listen to spirits in the reeds.
Under her tutelage, Bru’Zwein learned the chants that twist bone and the smoke that clouds reason.
Now, when she spreads her wings above the battlefield, the air fills with whispers that drive soldiers to their knees.
