Terms and Conditions of Sale
MiniMorph Sculpts e‑commerce
Article 1 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by MiniMorph Sculpts with consumers and non‑professional buyers through the website www.minimorphsculpts.com, using the WooCommerce e‑commerce platform.
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the Buyer, as indicated by checking the box provided for this purpose before payment is confirmed.
These Terms are accessible at any time on the Site and prevail over any other document.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the website www.minimorphsculpts.com, while stocks last.
These are mainly hand‑crafted resin miniatures, hand‑sculpted, then molded and cast in small series.
Products are sold:
- unpainted
- to be assembled if required
They may exhibit slight detail variations inherent to artisanal manufacturing. These characteristics are expressly brought to the Buyer’s attention and do not constitute defects or non‑conformities.
MiniMorph Sculpts’ miniatures are collectible and hobby items intended exclusively for adult customers.
They do not qualify as toys under Directive 2009/48/EC and are not intended for children.
Each product is described in detail. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
Article 4 – Pre‑contractual Information
Before any order, the Buyer acknowledges having read and understood:
- the essential characteristics of the products,
- their price,
- shipping costs,
- delivery times,
- and these Terms.
This information is made available clearly and understandably to the Buyer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 5 – Orders on WooCommerce
The Buyer may place an order:
- as a guest,
- or by creating a personal customer account.
Creating an account allows the Buyer to:
- access order history,
- check order status,
- manage personal information.
The ordering process comprises the following steps:
- Product selection and addition to cart
- Cart review
- Entry or confirmation of delivery details
- Selection of shipping method
- Selection of payment method
- Acceptance of Terms
- Final confirmation and payment
Order validation constitutes the formation of the sales contract.
Article 6 – Prices
Prices are shown in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
MiniMorph Sculpts is not subject to VAT pursuant to Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Therefore, VAT does not apply.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added at checkout.
MiniMorph Sculpts reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is that in effect on the date of the order.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card
- PayPal
Payments are processed via secure platforms. MiniMorph Sculpts never has access to the Buyer’s banking details.
Orders with unconfirmed payment will not be processed.
Article 8 – Order Confirmation
Once payment is validated, the Buyer receives an order confirmation email summarizing:
- the products ordered,
- the price,
- the delivery address,
- these Terms.
Records stored by WooCommerce serve as proof of the transaction.
Article 9 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated at the time of order.
Delivery is carried out via:
- Mondial Relay (tracked pickup point),
- or tracked home delivery.
Delivery times are indicative. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Buyer may request contract termination and a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.
The Buyer must check the condition of the parcel on receipt and report any damage to the carrier within three (3) days.
Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete and undamaged.
Article 11 – Refund
Where withdrawal is validly exercised, MiniMorph Sculpts will issue a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned products.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
Article 12 – Legal Warranties
Products benefit from:
- the legal warranty of conformity under French consumer law (L217-3 à L217-20 articles of the French Code de la consommation),
- and the warranty against hidden defects under civil code provisions (1641 à 1649 articles of the French Civil Code).
The consumer has a period of two (2) years from delivery to exercise the legal warranty of conformity.
Article 13 – Liability
MiniMorph Sculpts cannot be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from use of the Site or the Internet, including service interruption or data loss.
Article 14 – Personal Data (GDPR)
MiniMorph Sculpts collects only personal data necessary for order processing and commercial relations.
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Buyer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability.

Article 15 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.minimorphsculpts.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of MiniMorph Sculpts. lingueo.com
Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is prohibited.
Article 16 – Archiving and Proof
Records maintained in the WooCommerce system constitute evidence of communications, orders, and payments.
Article 17 – Mediation and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the Buyer may use consumer mediation:
